Delivery timeframes indicated on our website are estimates only and can vary depending on product availability and variations in service providers. In most cases it should be available instantly after purchase (in case of digital goods like instrumentals, instrumental bundles, e-books, videos etc.)

In case of physical goods, it will be noted prior to purchase.

Refund policy

All instrumental license transactions are final and non-refundable. You will have ability to preview every instrumental prior to purchase.

Other digital products and bundles can be refunded. In that case it will be clearly writen on the website. You will have exactly 30 days, after purchase, to change your mind and issue a refund.

Valid reasons for refund request:

1. Product not delivered (if you haven’t received the delivery email from us)
2. Product recieved differ from what was ordered (eg. wrong instrumental)
3. Major defects. All our products are tested properly, but unexpected errors may occur.

We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software. We do not issue refunds if our products are incompatible with any third-party software, except for those that are specified on the page of each product.

In case of a refund or chargeback, licence you obtained is rendered invalid and you might not use any of the products for profit gain. Using these unlicensed instrumentals is against law and might bring serious financial expenses.
